The online store FitMat is meant for shopping for mattresses and pillows. It should be used for that purpose only and not anything else. If any user is found misusing the website their account can be deleted without notification and they can be banned from the website.

To place an order you need to create an account with us. You will have to provide basic contact details like mobile number and email address to complete the registration process. The information you provide will not be shared with any third party without your prior approval.

The prices mentioned on the website include tax (GST 18%). The bill is addressed to the shipping address by default. However, you can provide a separate billing address.

We use PayU gateway for all the payments on our website. Details you use for the payment will be processed by the gateway and will not be shared with us. Hence, we cannot be held responsible if you face any issues during the payment process. You can however let us know of the problem and we will look into it.

We deliver our products throughout India. We charge a very small shipping fee, that is Rs 10 only. Once the product is shipped you will receive the details to help you track the package. It can take up to 7 days for it to reach you.

If upon ordering a FitMat product you get a damaged or defected product, you can contact us with in 10 days of delivery. Most of shipments are insured, so you can also get damage claims for them in case of any damage. After 10 days of delivery, we are not liable for any defects.
