Registering your product allows us to confirm your purchase, activate your warranty coverage, provide faster service support and securely maintain your product details in our records.

What Our Warranty Covers

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. This includes issues such as foam sagging beyond acceptable limits, structural defects in the core material and genuine manufacturing faults.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, minor size variations or comfort preference concerns. It also excludes damage caused by misuse, improper base support, bending, stains, burns, liquid damage, physical damage or incorrect handling and transportation after delivery.

Important Guidelines

The mattress must be used on a proper and even support base. We recommend using a mattress protector at all times to prevent stains. Please keep your purchase invoice safely for verification purposes. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
