Return & Refund Policy

At FITMAT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer an easy return process.

Return Window

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for both:

  1. Damaged products (received in defective or damaged condition)
  2. Undamaged products (if you simply change your mind)

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  1. The product must be unused and in original condition
  2. It should be returned with original packaging and tags (if any)
  3. Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required

Non-Returnable Items

  1. Products that have been used, washed or altered
  2. Items returned after the 7-day window

Return Process

  1. Email us at support@fitmat.in with your order details and reason for return
  2. Our team will review and approve your request
  3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you with return instructions

Refunds

  1. Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed
  2. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  3. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images for quick resolution.
